Dr. Renee Rust-Yarmuth

The Counseling Connection Director

Dr. Rust-Yarmuth is a Kentucky Licensed Pastoral Counselor with Fellow and Diplomate recognition in the American College of Counselors. Her background includes a 15-year counseling practice in Indiana; mediator training in Indiana and Kentucky; and interdenominational ministry and nondenominational chaplaincy. She is a professor at Sullivan and has taught classes on psychology, marriage and family life, and business managerial communications. Dr. Rust-Yarmuth is a reverend through
the Federation of Christian Ministries.

‟The more complicated life gets, the more counseling can help to sort it out through a talking–listening process with a non-judgmental professional,” says Dr. Rust-Yarmuth.
