Sullivan University System Announces $6,000 Grant Opportunity for New Students

Employees can now award $6,000 grants to new full-time students who are accepted to Sullivan University, Sullivan College of Technology and Design or Spencerian College.

In an effort to further the Sullivan University System’s mission to provide opportunities for educational advancement to those dedicated to reaching their goals, Chancellor A.R. Sullivan has announced the launch of a grant program for new full-time students who wish to pursue a degree at Sullivan University, Sullivan College of Technology and Design or Spencerian College.

Every employee has been approved to award $6,000 in grant money to a friend or family member accepted into a full-time degree program at any of the three schools within the Sullivan University System. The grant is exclusively for fall 2015 and winter 2016 enrollment and will be awarded in the employee’s name. Eligibility Requirements

This grant is for new, full-time enrollment only. Students must be recommended and then accepted for full-time enrollment to begin classes September 28, 2015, for the Fall 2015 Quarter or accepted by September 30, 2015, to begin classes January 4, 2016, for the Winter 2016 Quarter.

This opportunity is available for both online and on-campus programs, so you do not have to live in the Lexington or Louisville areas to qualify.

Doctoral students areeligible for and extended grant of up to $9000 to pursue a PhD in Management(Doctorate of Pharmacy is excluded from this grant).

Recommended and accepted students will be eligible to receive up to $1,000 for each quarter of study, up to a maximum scholarship of $6,000 ($9,000 for PhD programs) to be applied against tuition, program fees, or books.
