Application Requirements

Applications received from international students will be reviewed on a competitive basis and fulfillment of the minimum requirements does not guarantee admission to the university. All documents related to international student admissions must be sent to the Sullivan University International Admissions office: iadmissions@sullivan.edu. Or

You may send all of your documentation via email but attachments cannot exceed 10MB. You may send multiple emails or send a Dropbox link to allow us to download large documents.

Sullivan Allied Health Information

Graduate Student Requirements

  • Online Application
  • Application Fee - $50
  • ID Verification - Copy of current passport, including ID page, address page, and any pages with existing visas or entry stamps, and I-94 front/back if applicable.
  • Exam Score - GRE/GMAT is not required.
  • Transfer Students and OPT Students Additional Form - Copies of current/previous Form I-20.

Undergraduate Student Requirements

  • Online Application
  • Application Fee - $50
  • ID Verification - Copy of current passport, including ID page, address page, and any pages with existing visas or entry stamps, and I-94 front/back if applicable.
  • Exam Score - Submit minimum of SAT scores of 1005, ACT score of 14 or higher, or pass APA entrance examination issued free of charge by Sullivan University.
  • Transfer Students and OPT Students Additional Form - Copies of current/previous Form I-20.
