You may be wondering, “What is a mentor?” A mentor is a guide – someone who will always be there to answer any questions and address any concerns students have during their first quarter.

The first quarter is an exciting time, but it can also be overwhelming. When students begin college, they typically have lots of questions about policies, grading, workload, scheduling and dozens of other topics. That’s where the Mentor Program comes in!

The first week of class, first-quarter students will receive an email from their mentor (or mentors, in some programs). Every week, first-quarter students will receive emails that:

  • Offer study tips
  • Let them know what’s happening around campus
  • Provide opportunities to meet new people and get involved
  • And much more

All students have to do is check their Sullivan University email!

If you have any questions about the Mentor Program, let us know!
