Medication Review Service

The Center for Health & Wellness specializes in managing medication therapy. Our medication review services can enhance patient understanding of medications, improve medication adherence, and prevent drug complications and interactions. We provide comprehensive medication reviews (CMRs) which are interactive consultations between patients and pharmacists to help ensure the safety and efficacy of medication use. CMRs are generally provided annually, and follow up appointments are scheduled as needed to optimize the drug therapy.
