Chef Robert W. Beighey is a coach for the Sullivan University Culinary Competition Team and mentors the students at the university. Chef Beighey has written for and been featured in Food & Dining Magazine, Louisville Edition, The National Culinary Review, trade magazines of the American Culinary Federation, Adweek Online, and The Principles and Process of Cooking. He has also been on local TV news stations in Louisville, Nashville, and Providence, RI for his cooking talents.
