Phillip Grimes, Jr., is an adjunct instructor who joined Sullivan University’s Lexington faculty in June 2012. In his career position, he’s an IT change management specialist for Lexmark International and has over 10 years in IT management, training and support. Phillip has experience in creating and implementing project plans for infrastructure, operations and continued improvement. He has traveled internationally to execute project plans for building new facilities, acquiring resources, and training staff. He has also created several cost savings plans that are still being utilized within their respected company. Prior to working for Lexmark, Phillip was a technical specialist for KYOne Health and project manager for Xerox. He began his career as a desktop analyst, designing processes for ticket creation and resolution for PNC Bank.
