Chef William Hallman has been a chef instructor at Sullivan University’s National Center for Hospitality Studies’ (NCHS) Lexington campus since 2005.

Originally from Florence, KY, Chef Hallman’s professional experience includes working his way up to executive chef at Phil Dunn’s Cook Shop, a white tablecloth, fine dining establishment. He has also worked at Cosmo’s Fine Foods of Lexington, where as executive chef, he was responsible for production from all areas, including: catering, gourmet deli, cheese/charcuterie and bakery. Prior to joining Sullivan University, Chef Hallman worked for the University of Kentucky, where he oversaw the operation of three retail locations and helped develop and open the first location on campus to offer Kentucky Proud products.
