Dr. Sarah Raake obtained her Bachelor of Science in secondary education from Indiana University Southeast and her Doctor of Pharmacy from the Sullivan University College of Pharmacy as part of the inaugural graduating class. Upon graduation, she completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency with a focus in ambulatory care at the Center for Health and Wellness at SUCOP. Presently she is continuing her education by working towards a Master’s in Education with a focus in Instructional Systems Technology from Indiana University. Dr. Raake currently practices in ambulatory care in various settings including the Center for Health and Wellness. Her professional interests include authentic clinical assessments and instructional design and clinical interests include general ambulatory care with a focus on diabetes.
